Once you have complied with our policy's and warrantee's an AUTHORIZATION CODE will be provided within 3 business days receipt of information.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON OUTSIDE OF PACKAGE. If there is no code on the returned product we will refuse the package.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES:
RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AT TIME OF ARRIVAL (up to two days from arrival date).
Refunds and Financial Adjustments:
All FINANCIAL Adjustments including REFUNDS can take up to 30 Business Days for Processing.

International Shipments
Orders that are shipped outside the United States might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to the amount of the charge. In order to capture as much detail in our images for your benefit, actual size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to extreme close ups of the images.
Warranty, Damage, DOA and missing parts
If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need an authorization code to ship the product back for review to determine the appropriate action.
